LOUGHBOROUGH TOWN CRICKET CLUB – COVID-19 INFORMATION

GUIDELINES FOR VISITORS AND SPECTATORS

 

LTCC welcome any friends or family as spectators.

The following guidelines should make the experience safer and enjoyable to you

If you, or any member of your household, has a possible Covid-19 infection you should remain at home and not enter the LTCC grounds.

In line with govt guidelines, ’for Track and Trace’ purposes, please text 07970141159 before entering the LTCC ground with just your name on the text. This will be used for this purpose only and destroyed after 21 days in line with our privacy policy. Or go to LTCC website and fill in the ‘Attending the ground on match day’ form.

Please walk clockwise at the ground, maintaining social distancing at all times.

Toilet facilities are available on a one in one out basis.

Please maintain hand hygiene using your own sanitisers while at the ground.

Please refrain from all contact with the ball e.g. returning it to the field of play.

In the event of rain, please return to your own vehicle to maintain social distancing.

First Aid Box is available contact Club Member.

Nearest AED is at the Loughborough Leisure Centre on Brown’s Lane.

If you feel unwell at any point please leave the club ground and isolate at home, if this is not possible contact a member of the club maintaining social distance or ring 111.

Though all precautions are being taken at the club there is an increase in transmission risk associated you enter at your own risk.

Social activity is allowed in line with the Government guidance on hospitality…. So do enjoy a drink…you will have deserved it.
